Meet Kevin

Kevin is a highly experienced real estate professional, with comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of the industry, including buying, selling, investing, and building. With an in-depth understanding of lending options and tax mitigation strategies, Kevin has successfully guided clients through the complexities of real estate transactions to help them safely achieve their financial and personal goals through real estate.

Born and raised just minutes from New York City into a predominantly blue-collar family, there wasn’t much experience in building wealth through real estate. However, I chose to take a different path in life and business.

After enduring multiple winters in upstate New York, I graduated from SUNY Binghamton and was soon presented with an unexpected opportunity….managing Poway’s youth lacrosse program in sunny San Diego. In need of a change, I embraced the opportunity that led to my career in real estate. I began working for one of the largest listing portals online, consulting top real estate professionals across the U.S. and abroad on how to grow their businesses online.

Specializing in website development, I eventually built an SEO (search engine optimization) product to help my clients achieve higher online visibility. After several awards-winning years in sales and speaking at a variety of Real Estate conferences, I was able to purchase my first property at the age of 25. It was then, that I realized the true potential of real estate investing and pushed me toward entrepreneurship.

Since then, I have worked in multiple areas of real estate—residential buyers and sellers, distressed home purchases, home flipping, building ADU’s (additional dwelling units) short-term rental management, out-of-state investing, luxury marketing, and teaching house-hacking strategies.
